If you’ve ever dreamed of a wedding surrounded by endless fields, majestic mountains, and the cozy charm of a countryside estate — Meghan and Shayne’s wedding at BlueVault Weddings in Pemberton, Canada will steal your heart.
This was one of those days that remind me why I love photographing weddings so much — full of emotion, laughter, tears, and unforgettable surprises.
The Venue – BlueVault Weddings, Pemberton
Just a short drive from Whistler, this stunning private estate is the perfect mix of rustic charm and luxury comfort. The large house on the property is ideal for getting ready moments, spending time with friends and family before and after the wedding, and even hosting smaller events.
The ceremony took place on a beautiful open field right in front of the house, surrounded by mountains and nature — a truly cinematic backdrop. For the reception, a large tent setup awaited the guests, complete with elegant décor, a great bar service, and an incredible catering team.
The Wedding Day
About 55 of their closest family and friends joined Meghan and Shayne to celebrate their love. The couple’s adorable dogs served as ring bearers, bringing even more joy and authenticity to this day.
One of the most emotional moments came when Shayne surprised Meghan by bringing at the end of the ceremony a vintage Mustang, a car that had been in Meghan’s family for years. It was a perfect and deeply personal touch — and needless to say, the Mustang made for some incredible couple photos!
After the heartfelt ceremony led by a close friend, we captured family portraits, some intimate couple moments around the property, and then it was time to party.
Unforgettable Reception
The reception had everything — from emotional speeches and a slideshow with childhood memories, to a packed dance floor that stayed full all night. Between the first dance, amazing DJ sets, and happy tears, this celebration was pure magic.
These two truly know how to throw a party — and it was an honor to capture every second of it.
